• Full design and ownership of the AWS architecture: ECS Fargate, ECR, ElastiCache Redis, S3 + CloudFront for frontends, Secrets Manager, and GPU instances for Hugging Face models.
• Implemented the CI/CD pipeline with GitHub Actions: main branch → pre-production, v* tags → production with manual approval, managing 10 ECS services across 4 repositories.
• Backend in FastAPI: HTTP logging middleware with UUID traceability, structured logging with structlog, custom domain error system, rate limiting and validation handlers.
• Built integrations with Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp Business for the conversational agent.
• Designed the RAG pipeline (ai_core): embeddings, retrieval, and prompt construction with Ollama on AWS, evolving toward function calling via Anthropic API and routing through Amazon Bedrock.

• Developed a FastAPI API integrating with a time-tracking platform with 300,000+ users: authentication, roles, KPIs, security, and deployment.
• Main developer of the full Angular + TypeScript dashboard: feature implementation, user flows, and business logic.
• DevOps: containerization with Docker Compose and Nginx configuration on the production server.
• Agile environment with Scrum/Kanban, pull requests, and code reviews.
